When you contact Baerheim, we ask for the necessary information to be able to get back to you. For general enquiries, we only ask for contact information, while for orders it may be appropriate to request contact information for a third party.
We will possibly ask for contact information for the home owner or owner’s representative so that we can contact them directly.
Invoice information, invoice recipient's name, address, e-mail and telephone number as well as organization number are stored in our invoice program indefinitely. If the person ordering specifies a third party as invoice recipient, we will contact that person at the first opportunity to obtain consent for the invoicing in question, as well as the collection of relevant personal data.
We store this information in our contact list, and to the extent required - our invoicing program. The information is used in connection with communication, implementation, delivery and invoicing of assignments.

Information received via contact forms and general inquiries is stored on this website and in our e-mail/CRM program.
Information in connection with assignments or other types of customer relationships is also stored in our contact system, CRM and invoice program.

You can also request that we delete all personal data we have about you. This does not include information that we are required to store for administrative, legal or security reasons.
